  Since 2017, Neil has extensive experience writing, engaging and growing online communities. Originally born in Toronto and raised in nearby London, Neil has lived and worked in diverse geographies from Australia, to Africa & the Middle-East.
  
  Neil credits his experiences in these diverse places for shaping his appreciation of mindsets, perspectives and culture, as well as the importance of regional identity in clarifying and inspiring trajectories. Now living in the idyllic location of Northwest Montana, he shares these insights with clients and audiences around the globe.

Neil has two adorable teenagers and a Bernese Aussie Doodle named Marli. There is a border between them now, but they spend time together whenever they can. Neil enjoys being a “hockey dad”, road trips and playing rec hockey himself, when he can.
