Neil is an international management consultant, top trainer and collaborative facilitator in Transformational Strategies, currently living in Northwest Montana.

Known for his “roll up his sleeves” practical approach, Neil works side-by-side with busy executives. With over twenty years as an international management consultant, he brings an experienced perspective and collaborative approach to his facilitation for busy people:

• Facilitates and Program Manages Strategy Execution from concept to launch in medium to large organizations with big ideas.
• Establishes and Facilitates Corporate Governance, centered around Strategy & Product Delivery.
  
  Since 2005, Neil has been mentored by Kaplan/Norton and has led focused Strategy Execution Programs all over the world in large organizations. Neil has lived and worked in diverse industries from High Technology, to Telecom, Energy and Crown Corporations.
  
  Neil credits his experiences in globally diverse places for shaping his appreciation of mindsets, perspectives and culture, as well as the importance of regional identity in clarifying and inspiring trajectories. Now living in the idyllic location of Northwest Montana, he shares these insights with clients and audiences around the globe.
